3 Ingredient Walleye Coating
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. walleye cut in 3-4 inch pieces
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup horseradish
- 1/8 cup soy sauce
Preparation
- Heat grill to 500°+, spray fish basket or grill grate with non-stick spray
- Mix mayo, horseradish and soy together, coat fish with sauce for about 5 minutes
- Grill walleye about 2-3 minutes per side, depending on thickness of fish. Coating will lightly brown
- Serve immediately
