Ingredients
- 2 sea bass filets or other firm white fish
- 1 cup basil pesto
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Place filets on baking sheet skin side down
- Spoon pesto over filets
- Bake for 30-35 minutes
- Internal temperature should be 145° and filets should be opaque and flaky
