Iron Skillet Wagyu Burger
Ingredients
- ¼ lb. Wagyu Beef Patties
Preparation
- In cast iron skillet (or any heavy skillet) heat on grill or stove over medium high heat until pan is hot
- Add touch of oil (optional)
- Place burgers in pan add salt and pepper to the side up
- Do not disturb and cook for 3-5 minutes
- Flip burger and salt and pepper the cooked side
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes
- Internal temperature for medium rare 135°, for medium 145°
- Allow to rest for 5 minutes
- Add cheese, lettuce, tomato or any burger topping of your choice
