Jenny’s Easy Peasy No Fail Pie Crust

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups flour
 - 1 tbsp. sugar
 - 1 tsp. salt
 - ½ tsp. cinnamon
 - 1 tbsp. vinegar
 - 2 tbsp. ice water
 - 1 stick melted butter
 
Preparation
- Combine dry ingredients, then add vinegar and water and gently mix until incorporated
 - Add butter and mix until just combined
 - Shape into round ball between 2 pieces of parchment paper, roll out into about a 10” circle
 - Pull off parchment and gently but firmly place exposed dough and drape over pie pan
 - Fit into pan and gently peel off parchment paper
 - Trim edges and flute edges as desired
