Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
Preparation
- Place cream and sugar in a saucepan
- Warm over medium heat until bubbles form around the edges and the mixture has thickened
- Take care not to boil or scorch the cream
- When steam rises from mixture, remove from heat and add lemon juice
- Stir to combine
- Pour mixture into cordial glasses (enough for 4-6 servings)
- Refrigerate overnight, enjoy!
