Oven Roasted Chestnuts
Ingredients
- ½ - 1 lb. Chestnuts
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 425.
- On "at side of chestnut – use sharp paring knife to slice “x” through shell.
- Place chestnuts on shallow baking pan.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking pan once or twice while baking to roast evenly.
- Remove and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Peel and enjoy!
