Ingredients
- 4 cups fine polenta
- 18 cups water
- 1 ½ tbsp. salt
Preparation
- Place all ingredients into pot
- Bring to a boil and stir until thick, 15-20 minutes
- Allow 5 minutes to set
- May be served individually or spread on large board with various toppings, sauce, sausage, meatballs, peppers, or greens
