Ingredients
- 1 lb. fettuccine noodles, cooked
- 1 cup Ricotta cheese
- ½ stick of butter
- ½ cup of milk
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- Shredded mozzarella cheese – for garnish
- Fresh parsley, chopped – for garnish
- Black pepper – for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in large saucepan
- Stir until hot a bubbling
- Garnish with shredded mozzarella cheese, black pepper and parsley
