Tartar Sauce
Ingredients
- ½ cup Greek yogurt, plain
- 3 tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. capers
- 1 dill pickle
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 sprig fresh dill
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
- Place Greek yogurt and mayonnaise in mixing bowl
- Add capers, roughly chopped pickle, chopped garlic clove and dill to small food chopper
- Pulse until combined
- Scrape contents from chopper into mixing bowl
- Stir well to combine
- Finish with lemon juice and a few grinds of black pepper
- Taste to adjust seasoning
