Uncle Jim's Devilish Eggs

Makes 12 "Devilish" eggs
Ingredients
- 6 large hard boiled eggs
- 2 tbs. Uncle Jim's Pepper Mustard
Preparation
- Remove shells from hard boiled eggs.
- Carefully slice each egg in half.
- Remove each yolk and place in small mixing bowl.
- Add Uncle Jim's Mustard and mix well until desired consistency.
- Spoon mixture into each egg. Serve chilled.
