Casey’s Asian Slaw
Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded red, green or Napa cabbage
 - 2 large carrots peeled and grated
 - 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips
 - ½ red onion thinly sliced
 - Ingredients for Dressing
 - ¼ cup Rice Vinegar
 - 2 tblsp. Canola oil
 - 2 tblsp. Soy sauce
 - 1 tblsp. Brown sugar
 - 1 tblsp. peeled and grated fresh ginger
 - 2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
 - Sunflower seeds for garnish
 
Preparation
- In large bowl combine cabbage, carrots, pepper and onion.
 - Whisk together rice vinegar, oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and sesame oil.
 - Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss thoroughly.
 - Garnish with sunflower seeds.
