Cherries Jubilee

    Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh cherries, washed and pitted
 - 1/3 cup sugar
 - Juice of ½ lemon
 - 1/3 cup dark rum
 - Vanilla ice cream
 
Preparation
- Place cherries in large skillet over medium heat
 - Add lemon juice and sugar, stir to combine, and cover for 5-10 minutes until syrupy
 - Add rum and ignite, swirl, and shake skillet until flame goes out
 - Remove from heat and spoon over vanilla ice cream
