Hot Rum Coffee (courtesy of Williams Sonoma)
	        Serving Size        
        4 drinks
    Ingredients
- 2 cups hot coffee
 - ½ cup half and half heated
 - 2 ½ tblsp. sugar
 - 1/8 tsp. ground cardamom
 - 1/8 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
 - ¾ cup dark rum
 - Grated chocolate for garnish
 
Preparation
- In a pitcher stir together coffee, half and half, sugar, cardamom and nutmeg.
 - Add 3 tblsp. of rum to each mug and top with warm coffee mixture.
 - Stir and sprinkle with grated chocolate. Enjoy!
