    Ingredients
            - 1 lb. loose Italian sausage (hot or sweet)
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 4 stalks of celery, chopped
- 2 envelopes of Lipton Chicken Noodle Soup
- 4 ½ cups water
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 1 8oz. can of mushrooms undrained
 
	    
        Preparation    
		            - In large skillet brown sausage until no longer pink, breaking up sausage. Remove from pan and set aside. 
- In same skillet melt butter and add peppers, onions and celery until softened.
- In large pot bring water to boil, add both packets of soup mix and rice. 
- Stir constantly until water is absorbed and rice is cooked. 
- Add vegetables, sausage and mushrooms until combined.
