Ramp Butter
Ingredients
- 2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 cups loosely packed ramp greens washed, dried and chopped (12-15 leaves)
- 1 tsp. salt
Preparation
- Cut butter into 1 tablespoon pieces
- Add to bowl of food processor with blade attachment
- Add chopped ramp leaves to bowl with salt
- Run food processor until smooth and combined
- If mixture is thick, thin with hot water 1 tablespoon at a time
- Remove butter and place on waxed paper
- Roll into 1 inch tube and refrigerate until ready to use
