Vinegar Mustard Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 1 head green cabbage shredded
- ½ head red cabbage shredded
- 3 carrots shredded
- 3-4 finely chopped green onions, green and white parts
- Dressing
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tblsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. fresh ground black pepper
Preparation
- Place both cabbages, carrots and green onions in large bowl.
- Mix dressing ingredients thoroughly and pour over slaw.
- Mix well and serve.
